16 PBs on a Great Evening in Bury !

Our training group performed extremely well at last Wednesday's Bury AC Young Athlete Mini League. There were 5 Wins and a total medal haul of 12. However, I want to focus on the PBs that were achieved, but before I list them, a special mention for Davey who was competing for the very first time and seemed to really enjoy it. Well done Davey !
Our U9s:
Tom - Long Jump: 2.39m PB
Sofia - 80m: 12.81 secs PB, 600m: 2m.13secs PB, Long Jump: 2m.65secs PB
William H - 80m: 13,44 secs PB, and 600m: 2m.19secs PB
Frank - Long Jump: 3.16m !
Our U11s:
Lauren - Long Jump: 3.08m PB and 600m 2m.15secs PB
William C - Long Jump: 3.02m PB
Ben - Javelin: 18.33m PB
Sam - 80m: 11.16 secs PB, 600m: 2m.02secs PB and Long Jump: 3.94m PB
Our U13:
Dominic - 800m: 2m.52secs PB and Long Jump 3.66m PB
All of the above outcomes are as a result of our training and focus on technique. Well done to the whole group, really well deserved results !
