Jonah & Sofia achieve Top Ten positions in their first Club Cross Country of the season

We had 5 athletes from our multi-event group represent their club - Stockport Harriers AC. Ella, Lauren, Sofia, Jonah & Harry did extremely well over a really tough course. It was the first time all of them had run the course and they would have learnt a lot from the experience. As multi-eventers, I am pleased with the times they are achieving, but more importantly, I am appreciative of their understanding of why we do these events. A very mature group of young athletes who are demonstrating excellent commitment and understanding of their long term athlete development.
From a results perspective, Sofia's 5th place and Jonah's 8th were I would suggest outstanding.
