Well done to Dom, Lauren, Cara and Ella for competing so well on Sunday at the Indoor Sportshall event and gaining really valuable Indoor experience.
For Ella and Cara it was their first time competing indoors and in this competition format and they did themselves and the training group proud.
Yet again these 4 young athletes demonstrated their athletic versatility doing running, jumping and throwing events.
The U11 Girls joint DASH/SHAC team came in overall 7th position with a total of 177 points and Ella, Cara and Lauren contributed 60 points to this total. The U13 Boys team finished 5th with 155 points with Dominic contributing 39.5 points to this total.
