Sale festival Y.A. Open Medal Meeting

I was very pleased with the positive attitude, commitment and effort shown by all the athletes in the wide range of events that we took part in. As a multi-event group we competed in the Shot, Javelin, Long Jump, Sprints and Middle Distance events. There were many good performances on the day which I have discussed in depth with you all, but on this occasion, I would like to make special mention of: Tom and Ben competing for the club for their very first time; Harry's PB in the Long Jump and Sofia's first in the 600m and second place in the 75m !

Congratulations to all the children for an excellent afternoon of athletics.
