We have come to the end of the 2026 Outdoor T&F season. I can't highlight all the successes that we have had over the season, as this Post would be far too long. I believe you can only have a true reflection of how you are performing, if you assess your performance at a local level. In other words facilities, equipment, surrounding areas, resources etc etc are the same for everyone. As such, the Rankings below are a few of our many Performances, for our Local Athletics Club Stockport Harriers & AC. Some of the performances were also achieved at a Regional level for Cheshire or Greater Manchester. None of them were achieved through Early Specialisation, but through Late Specialisation & the Long Term Athlete Development model (LTADM). Thank you to Bill, Adrian & Norman for their support and input into helping our athletes have a very successful season. Thank you also to the Parent group for your support and continued understanding of what we are trying to achieve.

I am really sorry that I can't highlight every success of the U14, U16 & U18 age groups and please have in mind that we have had some tremendous U12 results as well. All I have done below, is highlight some Combined Event, Throws, Jumps, Sprints and Endurance achievements, as succinctly as is possible. Please add to these successes by commenting on what you are most Proud of as a result.

Finally, the most important person in all of this, is the athlete. They have been tremendous this season, rising to every event challenge that I have asked of them. The effort & commitment has been superb. Their physical & mental resilience & robustness, that they are developing from a young age, enables them to bounce back from disappointing performances and come back even stronger. When you are spread thinly across a multitude of events and you perform like this, then you can only ever be proud of yourself:
